Tree sorting machine

The company SMO developed especially for Sylva a tree grading machine, in order to accelerate and optimize the tree

grading process. A camera system, mounted above the machine measures different kinds of parameters, such as thickness, size, branches and straightness of the plants. After analysis the plants are sorted in different compartments

according to size and/or thickness. The machine can grade about 10.000 plants per hour.
